जीरा सफेद.               50 ग्राम
अशवगंधा.                 50 ग्राम
चांदी वरक़.                20 पीस
गोंद कतीरा.               50 ग्राम
भांग के बीज.             50 ग्राम छिलका 

इसब गोल.     50 ग्राम

बनाने की विधि.
सब दवाओं को बारीक कूट कर या पीस कर इसब गोल बाद में मिला लें। किसी शीशे की बोतल में संभाल कर रख ले।

सेवन विधि.
1 चम्मच सुबह खाली पेट
1 चम्मच शाम 4 बजे
1 गिलास दूध के साथ
